Welcome to our home at Happy Trails and thank you for visiting our site. When we purchased Happy Trails in June of 2006 we agreed to lease our home back to the builder as the model home for the Silver Meadows at Frost Peak Development community.

Now, our home is available to enjoy. It was our dream to have a second home for our family and now it is reality. We have furnished this home with everything to make our visits feel like ‘home away from home’. It was our goal to provide the best of the best to all of our guests and their families with the same comforts and conveniences of their own homes too. The best thing about Happy Trails, however, is you have all of this in a setting that will rejuvenate and inspire your spirit and at the same time offer you and your family endless summer and winter activities that are unique to the area.

We look forward to vacationing at least twice per year with our family and friends and we know once you experience staying in our home and enjoying all the great things to do in this top destination resort area, you will be back year after year too.
